Annual General MeetingThe AGM nominations generally take place in October every year and the AGM is held in November.
The Mt Gravatt Lapidary Society Management Committee and other Committee positions are elected each year at the Annual General Meeting. Mt Gravatt Lapidary is always looking for volunteers to stand up and be part of the committee that keeps the society going forward. If you would like to help out around the club or be part of the committee please don't hesitate to contact any member of the committee. All members are welcome to attend the Annual General Meeting, however, bookings are required. Members - please check your emails for dates, notices, other information and how to book in. Monthly Club MeetingsThe Monthly Meeting is the place for members to find out what is happening and have their say in how the club runs.
The Monthly Meeting is generally held on the 3rd Saturday morning of the month. Bookings is essential to attend the meeting. Members - please check your emails for the latest meeting date changes, information and how to book in. |
